Porto, 13/10/2015 - O Bisturi fica no interior dos jardins da Ordem dos Médicos, no Jardim de Arca d'Água, e tem pratos criativos do chef Nuno Maia.
A operação de renovação do Bisturi ficou a cargo de André Ramos e do chef Nuno Maia, ambos proprietários da Casa do Carmo, um restaurante de tapas situado na Baixa da cidade. O chef formou-se na École Supérieure de Cuisine Française e tem no currículo colaborações com grandes nomes da cozinha internacional, como Alain Ducasse e Joël Robuchon — responsável por dezenas de restaurantes em todo o mundo e com um total recorde de estrelas Michelin: 25.
